We Feel an Apology is in Place
Last few weeks we saw an enormous number of new users join us because of our marketing campaign. Many of them started sending support tickets with no actual issues but with general questions about the Flits app. Due to that our support team got overloaded with questions and that led to a delay in handling some support cases. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to some users because of this.
To make sure that this does not happen again, we are completely restructuring our support system. We are hiring new technical staff that will be able to solve any issues swiftly and effectively. We are also going to start using tools like Zendesk to help us improve the quality of support we provide because we want our support service to be fast and easy, just like our masternode deployment service.
New Giftcard Partner
We also saw that some of the gift cards available in Flits app went out of stock because of which some users had to wait. So, we are shifting to a new gift card provider that has more options available for gift cards and also provides its service to more countries. This will happen over the course of the next two weeks. In this period some gift cards might be unavailable so please bear with us.
We have been working very hard in the backend on developing new features and our new roadmap is almost complete. We will release it in the next week so keep an eye out because there are a couple of surprise features coming.
A Warning Against Scammers
Before we close this letter we would like to remind all of you to be wary of scammers pretending to be team members. Never share your seed words with anyone. Flits team members will never ask for your seed words. Also, make sure you are talking to the original team members at all times.
